Guided workouts
A full calisthenics programme with day-by-day sessions, exercise demos, rep logging, streaks and a lock screen during the session.
Free · Still in development · Feedback welcome
I built Steadfast for me first. I struggle with fitness, food and weight, and I’m a Christian — so the app is Bible-focused on purpose. It’s still in development, free to use if you wish, and all feedback is welcome.
Bible-focused because I’m a Christian
Calisthenics workouts and a structured run coach
UK-focused diary with realistic portions and goals
I’m honest about this: I struggle with fitness, food and weight. I built Steadfast because I needed more control of those areas of my life — not a glossy lifestyle product. I built it for me first.
I’m a Christian, and that’s why the app is Bible-focused — Scripture, prayer and daily reading sit alongside the workouts and food diary, not as an add-on. When I look after my spirit, keep training and eat properly, I can give God my best.
I was paying for several apps and still bouncing between a workout app, a running app, a Bible app and a food tracker. That cost money and headspace. Putting it all in one free app stopped me paying for four subscriptions and gave me somewhere to keep going.
It’s still in development. If you want to use it, you’re welcome — there’s no paid tier. There is a signup, but that’s so the app can save your progress on your device, not so your data sits on my servers. And please tell me what works and what doesn’t: all feedback is welcome.
It runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud — the same platforms behind my other projects.
A full calisthenics programme with day-by-day sessions, exercise demos, rep logging, streaks and a lock screen during the session.
Structured walk-to-run programmes with voice cues, a timer that keeps going in the background, and your playlist playing inside the app — YouTube Music or Spotify.
Daily verse, full Bible reading with multiple translations, listen-aloud audio and reading programmes to work through Scripture over time.
Keep prayer requests in one place, go back over them during sessions, and mark answers as they come.
UK-focused food tracking with supermarket products, realistic portion sizes, calorie goals for losing, maintaining or building, and meal ideas.
Body measurements, progress photos, workout stats and reminders — saved on your device when you sign in, not parked on my servers.
Open the app in your browser on phone or desktop. On a phone, use your browser’s “Add to Home Screen” option to install it like a normal app — then it opens full-screen without the address bar.
You’ll be asked to sign up or sign in so the app can save your progress on your device — workouts, food, prayer and the rest stay with you, not on my servers.
If something’s rough, missing or could work better — say so. Steadfast is still being shaped, and feedback from anyone using it helps.
The live app itself is not indexed by search engines. This page is the public introduction; the phone icon in the menu jumps straight into the app.
