**Todayworks** — UK site documentation from the phone: daily diary, photos, snags, RAMS and toolbox talks, and a handover PDF that looks like a company pack.

Personal software project by Phil Stone.

## Why Phil built it

Built for trade problems Phil has hit himself — paper diaries filled from memory, WhatsApp photos that never become the job file, and “proper” apps priced like a fifty-person office. A four-person crew shouldn't pay a seat tax before they've logged Monday.

## What it does

- Daily site diary — progress, delays, visitors, deliveries, weather, incidents
- Photos & evidence — timestamped on the plot; optional GPS
- Snags — photo, assignee, priority, signature close-out
- UK forms — RAMS, method statement, toolbox talk, site inspection, permit to work
- 38 toolbox talks — briefing on the phone, crew sign-off
- Handover & dispute packs — day, week, or date range PDF
- Team & share — invite by email; client view link
- Offline-first PWA — browser on any phone

## What it isn't

Not quoting, invoicing, dispatch, payroll, or fleet. Not a company ERP. One product for every trade on the plot.
