## What goes where

- Matrix — people × tickets; MOT, van tax, PL and PAT on the same grid
- Vault — PDF or photo on the record
- Pings — email at 90 / 60 / 30, then 14 / 7 / 3 / 1 / the day; daily after it lapses
- Pack — who’s in date today for the main contractor

## Why Phil built it

Built for trade problems Phil has hit himself. Todayworks is the site diary. CertPing is the other Monday failure: the card or the insurance that lapsed in the van. Not a job suite.

## What it isn’t

No quoting, invoicing, site diary, RAMS, LMS, or H&S advice line.
